Rosacea

Rosacea is a common skin condition that causes redness and visible blood vessels on the face. You might also see small, red, pus-filled bumps in the area. We treat many rosacea patients who think they have acne or an allergic reaction because the symptoms may flare up for a period of weeks to months and then diminish for a while. There are known triggers for rosacea: hot beverages, alcohol, sun, wind, physical exertion. Rosacea can benefit from a combination of topical, oral and laser treatments.
